Once you’ve completed the homebuyer workshop, we offer individual pre-purchase counseling with a certified housing advocate to assist you through the process of:

  • The 4 C’s of credit(Credit, Capacity, Capital & Collateral)
  • Reviewing mortgage product options
  • Reviewing down payment and closing cost programs
  • Self-selecting a lender
  • Understanding the mortgage documents
  • Self-selecting a realtor

Join a one-on-one or group "Red Table" conversation where you can ask your housing counselor or expert key questions, such as:
